ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD SIMULATOR, ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD SIMULATION PROGRAM, AND NEAR FIELD MEASURING DEVICE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in analysis scale of electromagnetic field simulation so as to reduce calculation costs of the electromagnetic field simulation. PSOLUTION: An electromagnetic field simulator replaces a prescribed region of printed wiring board CAD data being an electromagnetic field simulation target with measurement data measured by a near field measuring instrument so as to generate new printed wiring board CAD data. Consecutively, the electromagnetic field simulator generates analysis model data, in which an electric field or a magnetic field measured by the near field measuring instrument is set as a wave source, about a measurement data part in the generated new printed wiring board CAD data. Then, the electromagnetic field simulator executes electromagnetic field simulation to the analysis model data set with the wave source. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
