To provide an electromagnetic field simulation apparatus capable of performing highly accurate analysis without requiring measured phase information.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic field simulation apparatus includes: near-field measurement data acquisition means S1 for acquiring at least two near-field measurement data groups measured in at least two measurement surface regions with a different distance from an analysis object; analysis model creation means S2 for creating analysis model data of the analysis object on the basis of the at least two near-field measurement data groups; analysis condition setting means S3 for setting an analysis condition for the analysis object; phase information estimation means S4 for estimating electromagnetic field phase information on the basis of the at least two near-field measurement data groups; data update means S5 for generating updated analysis model data on the basis of the estimated electromagnetic field phase information and the analysis model data; and simulation execution means S6 for executing an electromagnetic field simulation on the basis of the updated analysis model data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
