APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY ANNEALING ALUMINUM WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously annealing aluminum wire in which aluminum wire can be annealed evenly without being affected by oxide coated film formed on the surface of the aluminum wire.;SOLUTION: The apparatus for continuously annealing aluminum wire comprises: a first electrode tank which stores an acidic or alkaline solution for removing the oxide coated film formed on the surface of the aluminum wire according to chemical reaction and has a first electrode; a second electrode tank which is arranged on the downstream side of the first electrode tank in the travelling direction of the aluminum wire, stores an electrolytic solution for removing the oxide coated film according to electrolytic polishing and has a second electrode; an annealing part located between the first electrode tank and the second electrode tank; and a travelling means which causes the aluminum wire to travel. The first electrode is disposed so as to be brought into contact with the aluminum wire caused to travel and the second electrode is disposed so as to be spaced from the aluminum wire.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
