PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of a retrofitted vibration-resistant foundation structure capable of constructing the foundation structure without a space around the structure, not largely affected by weather, and preventing a superstructure from being damaged.;SOLUTION: Before the upper structure is raised, a cement based hardener 3 is placed on the ground 5 just below an existing structure. Then, the superstructure 2 placed on a foundation section 1 is raised. A section steel 8 is disposed below the superstructure, and the upper structure 2 is supported thereon. The section steel 8 is supported, and the superstructure 2 is raised again. A vibration-resistant device 13 is disposed below the section steel 8, and the superstructure 2 is supported on the hardener 3.
