PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for holding field apparatus maintenance data, allowing change of memory capacity of maintenance data and facilitating acquisition of the maintenance data, and a field apparatus maintenance system using the apparatus for holding field apparatus maintenance data.;SOLUTION: The field apparatus maintenance data holding device, which is used in maintenance of a field apparatus relating to process control for acquiring and storing the maintenance data, includes: a maintenance communication means for receiving the maintenance data via a communication network for maintenance, and a maintenance data management means for storing the maintenance data received by the maintenance communication means in a memory for maintenance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
