PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle roll-over prevention control device and a vehicle roll-over prevention control method which can improve accuracy in roll-over determination.;SOLUTION: The vehicle roll-over prevention control device is provided with: a braking unit which operates to control vehicle behavior; a steering input determination section 23 for predicting occurrence of a predetermined rolling of a vehicle based on the steering of a driver and to detect returning of the steering wheel by the driver; an ARP control intervention determination section 29 for making a determination of the roll-over when returning of the steering wheel is detected; and an ARP control section 22 for carrying out roll-over prevention control by controlling the braking unit which is an actuator when occurrence of a predetermined rolling is predicted by the steering input determination section 23 and roll-over determination is made by the ARP control intervention determination section 29.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
