PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire radiation sound analysis method, a tire radiation sound analysis device and a tire radiation sound analysis program capable of accurately analyzing a radiation sound from a tire. PSOLUTION: The tire radiation sound analysis method includes a tire model preparation step (step 100) for preparing a tire model by element-dividing the tire having a groove at a tread to a plurality of elements; a ground-contact shape analysis step (step 102) for analyzing a ground-contact shape at the ground-contact part of the tire and a road surface in the tire model; a space acoustic model preparation step (step 104) for preparing a space acoustic model by element-dividing a predetermined space including a first space formed at the ground-contact part and a second space with a predetermined shape at an outer side of the tire to a plurality of elements; and a tire radiation sound analysis step (step 106) for analyzing a radiation sound from the tire at an observation point set in the second space.
