PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerometer including a diaphragm, and a power generator and motor including the accelerometer.;SOLUTION: The accelerometer (100) includes a pressure transducer (102) and a vibration-to-pressure converter (VPC) (104). The VPC (104) may include a housing (106) mechanically coupled to an object (124) to be measured, and a diaphragm (110) sealing the housing (106) so as to form a chamber (120) which is fluidly coupled to the pressure transducer (102).
