An upstream side of the first exhaust gas duct 2 is a horizontal duct 3 horizontally disposed to the rotary hearth furnace 1, its downstream side is connected with the cooling device 5 as a vertical duct 4 vertically disposed, the exhaust gas flow velocity in the first exhaust gas duct is 9 m/second to 17 m/second, an upstream side of the second exhaust gas duct 7 is inclined upward, and its downstream side is inclined downward and connected with the secondary dust collector 8, and the exhaust gas flow velocity in the second exhaust gas duct is 15 m/second to 23 m/second.
