METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING WAREHOUSING/DELIVERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency when a worker warehouses/delivers parts.;SOLUTION: A part warehousing/delivery managing system comprises: a sensor module 10 carried by a worker; a part shelf radio module 6 provided in a part shelf 5; a part box radio module 8 provided in a part box 7; and a warehousing/delivery managing device 2 for communicating with each module. This warehousing/delivery managing device 2 stores management information, which shows the part shelf 5 and the part box 7 as a destination of warehousing/delivery of the part per part ID, and when an article to be warehoused/delivered is decided, the warehousing/delivery managing device 2 computes the shortest movement route in warehousing/delivery of the part, and transmits the information about the movement route to the sensor module 10 carried by the worker. The warehousing/delivery managing device 2 makes a display device of the part shelf 5 and the part box 7, as a destination of warehousing/delivery of the part, display a guidance for the worker.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
