PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preparing an intuitively easy-to-understand standard operation procedure manual with small labor. PSOLUTION: When a worker performs key/mouse operation according to an operation procedure when executing analysis (S2), it is decided whether operation contents thereof are operation of an end (S3), an identification number corresponding to the operation contents is extracted in reference to correspondence information when they are not the operation of the end, and the identification number is recorded in a list (S4). It is repeated until the end operation is performed, the identification number is added as a postscript, correspondence items of help data are sequentially extracted based on the list when receiving the end operation, and the standard operation procedure manual is created (S6).
