PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to support preparation of an operating procedure manual, and a method to support preparation of the operating procedure manual by which the operating procedure manual reflecting restrictions such as an interlock condition and precautions is prepared.;SOLUTION: The system to support preparation of the operating procedure manual prepares the operating procedure manual of power system equipment which is operated to suspend or recover installations provided at a power system. The system includes: a database server 20 to store data representing the precautions to be paid in operating the power system equipment; and a computer 10 which reads out from the database server 20 the data representing the precautions corresponding to the power system equipment and then adds the precautions together with an operating procedure of the power system equipment to the operating procedure manual using the data, when the power system equipment to be operated for suspending or recovering the installations is designated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
