PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a powder itself including silica as a principal component superhydrophobic, to provide a structure having a superhydrophobic surface using the obtained superhydrophobic powder, and to provide a simple method for producing the structure.;SOLUTION: The superhydrophobic powder includes an associate of organic inorganic composite nano-fibers (I), wherein the filaments of a polymer (A) having a linear polyethyleneimine skeleton (a) are coated with silica (B) having hydrophobic groups (X) bound thereto.
