PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrahydrophobic powder which is a powder comprising silica as the main component, a structure with an ultrahydrophobic surface using the obtained ultrahydrophobic powder, and a simple process for producing these.;SOLUTION: The ultrahydrophobic powder containing aggregates of organic inorganic composite nanofibers (I) obtained by coating filaments of a polymer (A) having a linear polyethylene imine skeleton (a) with silica (B) physically adsorbing a compound (X) having a hydrophobic group.
