PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neuranagenesis base material suitable for regenerating comparatively thin nerve fiber in an autonomic nerve or the like efficiently in a right direction without needing a special instrument or operation.;SOLUTION: The neuranagenesis base material is provided with a pair of neuranagenesis sheets 11, 12 holding a nerve to be regenerated, and a collagen filamentous material 21 provided in surface layers 13, 14 of the neuranagenesis sheets 11, 12 and extended over short sides 15, 16 in the surface layers 13, 14.
