The molded component has a base layer (2) that is made of a base layer material of firmly connected pieces (T). The base layer material has base layer permeability (k2) that is dimensioned for conducting a fluid. Seventy percent of pieces of the base layer material have an average diameter less than or equal to 5 millimeter, particularly less than or equal to 3.5 millimeter in the longest part extension.
