PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator type parking apparatus which can store various articles in a storage, stably in a suitable environment that is mounted on a vacant vehicle loading pallet.;SOLUTION: The elevator type parking apparatus has the plurality of vehicle loading pallets for loading vehicles entering/leaving an entering/leaving floor and a plurality of stages of shelves for storing the respective vehicle loading/unloading pallets. Herein a part of the vehicle loading pallets is for a storage loading pallets SP. Then each storage 25 loaded on the storage loading pallet SP has an air conditioner 60 for the interior of the storage 25. Further the elevator type parking apparatus is provided with a receiving receptacle 62 and a power feeding receptacle 63 for air conditioner 60, between the storage loading pallet SP side on which the storage 25 is loaded, and the shelf 30 side for storing the storage loading pallet SP.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
