PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform thermoelectric temperature control keeping temperature within an allowable temperature range, in an X-ray detector enclosed in an airtight space and restricted by aseptic environment.;SOLUTION: The temperature regulator maintains temperature of an X-ray panel inside the X-ray detector by controlling current flowing through a semiconductor thermoelectric temperature device 100.
