PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion cloth that is excellent in efficiency and responsibility of thermoelectric conversion and temperature adjustment, a thermoelectric conversion power generation device, a thermoelectric conversion temperature adjustment device and a temperature adjustment sheet for a vehicle which use the thermoelectric conversion cloth.;SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion cloth 1 includes an upper-stage fiber layer 10 having plural upper-stage electrodes 12, a lower-stage fiber layer 20 having plural lower-stage electrodes 22, a thermoelectric conversion layer 30 which has plural p-type thermoelectric conversion elements 32 and plural n-type thermoelectric conversion elements 34 and is arranged between the upper-stage fiber layer 10 and the lower-stage fiber layer 20, and an electrically insulating fiber layer 40 laminated on the upper-stage fiber layer 10. The individual p-type thermoelectric conversion elements 32 and n-type thermoelectric conversion elements 34 are electrically connected in series via the individual upper-stage electrodes 12 and lower-stage electrodes 22.
