PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an acellular protein synthesizing extract capable of increasing productivity of synthesizing the protein and capable of improving efficiency of operations therefor.;SOLUTION: This method comprises culturing cells under a controlled growth condition, recovering the cells in a stationary phase in the culturing, and crushing the recovered cells. The cells preferably comprise bacterial cells, more preferably, coliform bacterial cells.
