PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated conductive particle which is high in storage stability, therefore hard to cause the flocculation or aggregation of the same particles even if the same particles are stored for a long period of time, can surely establish conductive connection between electrodes of substrates or the like by pressure bonding, and prevents a leak between the adjacent particles, and an anisotropic conductive material and a conductive connection structure which use the coated conductive particles.;SOLUTION: The coated conductive particle comprises a base particle made of a metal, the surface of which has electrical conductivity, and a hollow particle of insulation, with which the base particle is coated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
