PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically extract the difference of a process proceeding method which becomes candidates of the cause of business efficiency degradation from history data obtained in a business system.;SOLUTION: Process execution history data in regard to one issue is read from a history database; and a business efficiency index in regard to the issue is calculated (s2); and in regard to a plurality of features representing the process proceeding method, a classification ratio of the issue concerned to each classification category is decided (s2). This processing performed for the entire issues. From the business efficiency indexes in regard to the entire issues and the classification ratio to each category on the basis of each feature, the distributions of the business efficiency indexes before and after classification on the basis of each feature are calculated (s3).
