The inventive process includes the cleaning of black wrought iron pieces, which generates more heat contact points during cleaning, more strength, and an improved polishing system. This novel process detects flaws in black wrought iron pieces and improves the finish and polish system. The present invention is useful for saving time, electric power and cast iron grit, as well as effects for applying welding points, due to the use of assembly templates.
