The invention relates to a process for obtaining a disperse system with photo-catalytic and anti-microbial activity. According to the invention, the process consists of an electrochemical dissolution of some Ag anodes under the action of a current within the range 1...5mA, at a temperature of 15...25°C for 2...8h, in an aqueous medium consisting of ultra-pure de-ionized water, nano-powder of titanium anatase dioxide, in a concentration of 1...20g/l in a disperser consisting of the sodium salt of polyacrylic acid, wherefrom there results a disperse nano-structured system in aqueous solution with a particle dimension of 20...50 nm and an Ag content of 1...8% by weight.
