A method for enrichment of magnetically purified CD34 positive stem hematopoietic cells consists in the stimulation of proliferative activity of magnetically purified CD34 positive stem hematopoietic cells. The serum of cord blood is used for increase of efficiency of colony-formation of magnetically purified CD34 positive stem hematopoietic cells for use in transplantation.
