A mechanism of balancing a boom system in a crane with horizontal movement of a load consists of booms, an arm, a counter-arm, braces, mechanisms of change of outreach and lifting the load. It contains a movable counterweight, which by means of roller bearings is mounted on guides of motion, and two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, which piston rods are pivotally connected to the counterweight.
