A process for working processed food products with low moisture content and high lipid content for its re-use in production of food products provides for grinding the processed food products with low moisture content and high lipid content. Grinding is carried out in a single unit operation in a short-duration manner without the need for moving mechanical parts. The processed food product obtained according to the process contains a combination of the granulated product and at least one another ingredient of the processed food product.
