Multipurpose stand for street lamps, applicable to open spaces, roads and similar places, comprising a foot or cylindrical trunk (1) fixed on a base (2), which continues into a second trunk, likewise cylindrical (3), but slightly smaller diameter, characterized in that the second trunk finishes at its upper end with a flange collar (4) forming a base for fixing a luminaire, the base of a plate (6) being provided identical to the upper vertical stem (3 ), setting both bases firmly attached to each other and wherein said cylindrical stem (3) is covered with a cowling grooved formed in two halves (7) and (8) coupled together, outer end contour cylindrical, whereas in its upper part is also covered by a frustoconical fairing, also formed in two halves (9) and (10) engageable, concave contour, growing in upward direction, terminating this fairing in based on annulus (11), located at the same level of the strip or upper base (4) of the upper cylindrical trunk (3), registered it in the above, by disposing a circular (11) of holes said base where they emerge the supports (12) of labels (13) or similar accessories, conveniently secured within said upper frustoconical cowling (9) and (10), further being profiled corrugated parts of the fairing (7) and (8) of the trunk upper (3) in order to allow the placement and immediate fixation of information, signaling and traffic control elements, such as semafóricas lights (14) or other signs or information panels, as required.
