A tapping valve (10) having a body (12, 14, 16) and a projection (82), the body being able to be inserted at least partially between the trachea and the esophagus, so as to provide a close passage between the trachea and the esophagus, resting the projection (82) out of the fistula to resist the passage of the valve (10) through the fistula, the body (12, 14, 16) having a seating surface (30) and including the valve a closing member (62) that is removable between an open position and a closed position, in which the closing member (62) makes contact with the seating surface (30), so that it closes the valve and closes, of that way, the passage between the trachea and the esophagus, the body (12, 14, 16) and the member (62) having respective guide surfaces having contact with each other slidingly to guide the member having the body (62) of closing between the open and closed positions, so that the sliding contact it tends to clean the guide surfaces, the closure member (62) having a body (64), characterized in that the closure member has a plurality of mutually angled burrs that extend outwardly from the body, the surface comprising of guide of the member of closing external edges of the burrs.
