The invention relates to a multiparticulate pharmaceutical form with delayed and pulsed release, making it possible to obtain the beginning of the provision of the active principle within 4 to 8 hours following the ingestion of said pharmaceutical form, then the progressive release of the whole of the active ingredient in the following 8 to 20 hours, characterized in that it is free of organic acid and is in the form of medicinal spheroids consisting of a neutral spherical support comprising a first coating based on a mixture of at least one water-soluble polymer and at least one non-water-soluble polymer in which particles constituting an active principle are uniformly distributed, the assembly comprising a second coating based on at least two pH-polymers independent, having degrees of permeability vis-à-vis the different gastric and intestinal media, optionally at least one polymer pH at least one plasticizer and at least one inert filler uniformly distributed in said coating.
