A combination equipment of a wireless speaker equipment and a wireless earphone, which includes the wireless speaker equipment, the wireless earphone and its holder; the wireless speaker equipment includes a wireless speaker, a microphone and electronic equipments adapted to the mobile phone; the wireless earphone and its holder include a wireless earphone and a wireless earphone holder adapted to the exterior structure of the wireless earphone; the wireless earphone holder includes a back board, a bottom board, a board for holding the bottom of the wireless earphone, a clamping equipment for holding the top of the wireless earphone; the wireless earphone holder is placed on the case of the wireless speaker equipment; the combination equipment also includes a power supply equipment which acquires the Direct Current (DC) power source from the car and converts the voltage of the DC power source to the required voltage which is applicable to the wireless speaker equipment and the wireless earphone; there are a pair of electrical contacts set on the bottom of the wireless earphone and the corresponding position of the wireless earphone holder respectively, when the wireless earphone is placed in the wireless earphone holder, the electrical contacts are interconnected and the battery in the wireless earphone is charged.
