A method and a system to allow an efficient reduction of the TFC in the TFCs to achieve a desired Transmission, while keeping within the desired requirements of Data and Power.At the request of EU Transmission power that exceeds the Maximum Transmission Power and Allowable, The Mac should be reported in a subsequent TFC selection on all TFC currently exceed this limit. Then, the EU will select the TFC with lower Transmission Power requirement and following the sequence will continue to determine an acceptable TFC.This also allows the replacement of the TFC in the TFCs and determination of Progress of the TFC are not supported. The TFC required Transmission Power larger than the Maximum Transmission Power of EU or permitted, shall be determined continuously in each TTI, not only in the TTI where it has exceeded the Maximum Power.
