The present invention is intended to provide a spacer member for a camera module, wherein the height of the spacer member is varied elastically according to the assembly of said cover to enhance assembly characteristics, and a camera module equipped with the same. The spacer member for a camera module of the present invention is deployed between a plate spring of the camera module and a cover to fix the edges of said plate spring on a housing, wherein said spacer member consists of elastic materials with cushioning properties, and is pressed in the direction of said plate spring by said cover to press and fix said plate spring into said housing.
