A LED display screen glass curtain wall is provided. The glass curtain wall includes a glass curtain wall unit plate (1), some LED lamps (3) and a controlling and driving system. The glass curtain wall unit plate (1) is provided with many lamp openings (5) that are arrayed in the form of matrix. Each lamp opening (5) is provided with a liquid-tight and transparent device. Each LED lamp (3) is installed in one lamp opening (5), and is electrically connected with the controlling and driving system.
