PURPOSE: A resource allocation method and a wireless communication system for comparing the received wireless resource information are provided to reduce semi-permanent transmission resources by inspecting the effectiveness of semi-permanent transmission resources.;CONSTITUTION: A user terminal receives maximum number of resource blocks and the size of MAC(Medium Access Control) PDU(Packet Data Unit)(S403). A base station transmits a semi-permanent transmission resource allocation message to the user terminal(S405). The user terminal determines whether the message is the semi-permanent transmission resource allocation message(S407).
