摘要

PURPOSE: A light emitting device comprising plural light emitting cells is provided to improve luminous efficiency, by increasing current density of the light emitting device even though an equal driving current is applied.;CONSTITUTION: Plural light emitting cells are formed on the same substrate(10) as being separated with each other. An N type semiconductor layer(30), an active layer(40) and a P type semiconductor layer(50) are successively formed the top of the equal substrate. A first electrode(70) and a second electrode(75) are respectively formed on the top of the N type semiconductor layer and the P type semiconductor layer respectively. The plural light emitting cells are connected in parallel with each other through a wiring line. The first electrode, the second electrode and the wiring line wiring are performed by the same process at the same time formed with the same process. The plural light emitting cells have a current density above 0.1mA/um.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
