PURPOSE: A system for supporting a complex immersed into a foreign language and an operating method thereof are provided to maintain the quality of foreign language education in the best state by continuously maintaining the residence profit and service provisioning to secure the native speakers through a reasonable selection.;CONSTITUTION: A native speaker terminal(282) is connected with a management center through a communication network(280). A native speaker supporting server(200) receives personnel information from the native speaker terminal and then suggests the type of incentive corresponding to services to be provided to an apartment complex. After receiving selected information, the native speaker supporting server calculates a native speaker evaluation grade in consideration of a preset weighted value according to the personnel information and types of the selected service and incentive.
