To enable a user to learn in a learning process as the same process of a native speaker.SOLUTION: A foreign language learning support system includes: a storage section for storing virtual reality material data which is data to create an environment by virtual reality and scenario material data which is a story enabling a user to experience in the environment created by the virtual reality; a data generation section for content generation for generating data for content generation which is data to generate a content for enabling the user to learn a foreign language on the basis of the virtual reality material data and scenario material data stored in the storage section; and a derivation section for deriving a personality growth degree which is a sensitivity growth level of the user responding with the foreign language on the basis of biological information acquired while the user experiences the content.
