METHOD AND AN APPARATUS FOR CALCULATING AIR COOLING STANDBY TIME IN CONTROLLED ROLLING OF TMCP STEEL TO ESTIMATE A REPRESENTATIVE VALUE OF THICKNESS DIRECTION BY REFLECTING ACCURATE TEMPERATURE DECREASE ACCORDING TO BAR COOLING TO A ROLLING MODEL
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for calculating air cooling standby time in controlled rolling of TMCP steel are provided to satisfy standard rolling temperature accurately and secure working stability of TMCP steel manufacutre by predicting accurate temperature decrease according to bar cooling.;CONSTITUTION: A method for calculating air cooling standby time in controlled rolling of TMCP steel comprises the steps of: adding a water cooling apparatus for bar cooling(S1), detecting the thickness, width, and roll-finish temperature of an RM-processed bar(S2), calculating the thickness, width, and temperature decrease of the bar(S3), calculating a temperature decrease by the water cooling apparatus through multi-regressing equation(S6), and calculating air cooler standby time by subtracting the temperature decrease from a temperature value calculated according to a rolling model(S5).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
