PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating the stretch marks by using a flexible OLED, and a method for controlling the apparatus are provided to treat the stretch marks of the skin by phototherapy.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating the stretch marks comprises a base of filament, fabric or patch type capable of surrounding or covering the stretch marks part; a flexible OLED(10), a microcontroller, and a battery built in the inner surface of the base; and an operation unit comprising a power button, first and second buttons, etc. provided on the outer surface.
