PURPOSE: A low noise cooling device for a centrifuge is provided to obtain a noise reduction effect as well as a necessary cooling performance for the centrifuge by improving an inner duct structure. CONSTITUTION: A low noise cooling device for a centrifuge comprises followings. A cover inlet(10) is installed at the side of the cover, so the air flows through a chamber when a rotor of the centrifuge rotates. An inlet part composed of a chamber inlet(11) and an inlet flow path connecting the cover inlet and the chamber inlet. A cover outlet is installed at the side of the cover. A chamber outlet(13) is positioned at end of the radial direction of a circular cross-section. An outlet part is composed of an outlet flow path connecting the cover outlet.
