TEA USING FRUIT, LEAF OF HIPPOPHAE RHAMNIODES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Tea using fruits and leaves of Hippophae rhamnoides and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer all kinds of nutrient components which are healthful to a human body by taking the nutrient components of the Hippophae rhamnoides with the tea. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of tea using fruits and leaves of Hippophae rhamnoides comprises the following: washing the fruits of the Hippophae rhamnoides; drying rapidly the washed fruits to maintain the water content of 15% or less; pulverizing the dried fruits to the constant size; selecting and collecting the leaves of the Hippophae rhamnoides; drying the selected leaves; withering the dried leaves with heat; cooling and rolling the leaves; pulverizing the rolled leaves to the constant size.
