PURPOSE: A light emitting device is formed with an opening on the top and lower part of a housing, in order to apply to two kinds of models including gullwing type and reverse gullwing type as one package.;CONSTITUTION: A lead frame(110) comprises a first lead terminal(120) which is electrically separated from each other, and a second lead terminal(130). In a housing(140), a second opening(160) is formed to expose a part of a first opening(150) and a chip mount area(122). The first opening fixes the lead frame.
