PURPOSE: A microfluidic structure is provided to save an inner space and samples by analyzing various kinds of target materials through one time reaction and to be used as a process control.;CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic structure comprises: a plurality of sample chambers; a reaction chamber in which two kinds of materials specifically reactive with two kinds of target materials; a detection chamber connected to the reaction chamber; passages connected to the chambers; and a valve for opening and shutting the passages.
