PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by lowering the reflexibility of the solar cell by suppressing the reflection of the incident light from the outside.;CONSTITUTION: A solar battery includes an n type or p type amorphous silicon layer, a transparent electrode(120) and a metal buffer layer(130). The metal buffer layer is arranged between the transparent electrode and the amorphous silicon layer.
