PURPOSE: A vehicle driving information management system using personal portable communications devices and a vehicle driving information management method using the same are provided to collect vehicle driving information conveniently and easily by simple connection with a server system through a personal portable communications device of a driver.;CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit collects vehicle driving information. A sensor concentration processing unit receives the vehicle driving information at regular time intervals. The sensor concentration processing unit processes the received information as vehicle driving information of particular time zone.
