PURPOSE: A car information access system using a mobile communication terminal and an operation method using the same are provided to prevent exposure of a contact address of a car owner by interlinking a user to the car owner with connecting to a server through a mobile communication terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a car information access system through a mobile communication terminal(S201). If the user inputs a car number, the car information access system searches the inputted car number in registered car numbers of a information storage server(S203,S205). If the inputted car number is the registered car number, the car information access system displays a connection menu with a car owner(S207).
