MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DRIED PERMISSION CONTAINED IN GREEN TEA AND HERB MEDICINE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing dried persimmon containing green tea components and medical herb components are provided to improve conservativeness and functionality of the dried persimmon by dipping the dried persimmon in a green tea extract after dipping persimmon in medical herb extract. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing dried persimmon containing green tea components and medical herb components comprises the following steps: putting red ginseng 5~10g, Ganoderma lucidum 5~10g, Phellinus yucatensis 5~10g, and Acanthopanax senticosus 20~30g into water 1L and boiling the materials while supplementing the water on low heat for 1 ~ 4 days; boiling the surface of the persimmon by dipping raw persimmon in medical herb extract for 0.5~3 minutes after keeping the medical herb extract at 60~100C; cooling the boiled persimmon after scooping the boiled persimmon from the medical herb extract; drying the persimmon after dipping the boiled persimmon in green tea extract.
