PURPOSE: An apparatus for peeling chestnuts is provided to evenly peel the husk of the chestnuts through rotation of the chestnuts due to the collision of a protruded blade and the chestnuts and to minimize the loss of the bare content of the chestnuts.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for peeling chestnuts comprises: a receiving unit(11) including a space for eliminating a processed material; a rotational plate(12) which is located on the bottom of the receiving unit; a blade which is protrude on the upper side of the rotational plate; a protruded blade which is combined with the rotational plate; a motor(15) which supplies a power to rotate the rotational plate; and a sound absorbing member which is combined with the inner wall of the receiving unit using a method of coating a synthetic resin on the inner wall of the receiving unit.
