PURPOSE: An apparatus for monitoring dye-sensitized solar cell adsorption dye solution and apparatus for controlling dye solution are provided to optimize dye adsorption process in a real time and to minimize waste.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for monitoring dye-sensitized solar cell adsorption dye solution comprises: an adsorption device for measuring absorbance of the dye solution; and a pH meter for measuring pH concentration of the dye solution. The dye is a dye of which acidity or basicity of dye solution during adsorption process. The dye is an organic dye or organic metal dye. The dye is ruthenium dye.
